I have been with ICP for over 9 years; I was one of the first 12 employees and have watched us grow to what we have become today.
By working as a team we have turned from a small pool builder to one of the largest in the state. With the most experience, employee egos to build the best pool, quality service, customer care, and to give our customers the best we love the challenge for us to become better with each passing year.
Intercoastal has been a major part of my life it has made me grow both personally and professionally, I have earned my accounting degree while working here and married my best friend who was an ICP employee.
I thank everyone here and hope that everyone works for a company like this one at some point of their lives.
